Free Returns
Any product purchased can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. If you wish to make a return, you will be able to do so by using the free returns label located at the bottom of your dispatch note – within 30 days of receiving your order.
Use the Returns Form and pre-printed address label provided. Post the item with clearly marked postage on the outside of the package. If this is not possible please enclose receipt of postage within the package.
When we receive your return we will process it a.s.a.p and refund the shipping cost directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).
Exchange
Doesn't fit? Wrong color? No problem.
If you want to exchange an item, please specify the colour and size you’d like. Please make sure that the returned item hasn’t been worn (other than to try it on of course) and is in its original packaging with all the labels attached.
A replacement order will be shipped out once the goods to be exchanged have been received.
Refund
Changed your mind? No problem.
