Ordering & Shipping
Our process is streamlined so that it is not necessary to log in or register before ordering. However, if you choose to log in or register prior to ordering, we will be able to provide a more personal ordering experience. Registration will be a quick, safe and above all free procedure that will offer the following benefits:

How do I place an order?
Because we take care in the complete satisfaction of all of our customers, we make sure that our online ordering is secure. If you have registered with our site, use your username and password to log-on; we will present you with your account details.
When you decide to checkout, you will be shown the content of your shopping cart and will be able to calculate your shipping costs. After clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, we will automatically show you the billing/contact details and shipping details we have on record. You can add new addresses by selecting “I want to use a new address”. You will then be asked to choose your shipping option, after which we will present you with a review of your order. If you have a coupon code or want to redeem a gift certificate, this is the time to enter those details.
When you click on Proceed to Payment, you will then be asked for your credit card details and shown the amount that will be charged to your credit card, including delivery costs. A valid VISA or MASTERCARD is required for payment. Only when you click on “Yes, I confirm my order” will the order be placed and the amount charged to your card.
How much will shipping cost me?
To make shipping easy, we will only charge you one of two prices. You will only pay for the service you choose, regardless the size or weight of your order. If you spend over EUR 100 or your order will weigh over two kilos standard postage will be free.

Our preferred carrier is bPost, Belgium’s major shipping company. If you are unable to be at home to sign for the parcel a “while you were out card” will be left by the carrier allowing you to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time.
It is a legal requirement for endurance Junkie to declare the actual value of the goods; excluding shipping charges, on all packages that will be sent outside of the European Union.
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Will my gear be securely packaged?
We will go the extra mile to ensure you receive your parcel in the best possible condition. Our apparel will be sent tissue wrapped in a plastic sleeve, which will then be put into protective packaging.
Can I return my purchase?
Any product purchased can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. If you wish to make a return, you will be able to do so by using the free returns label located at the bottom of your dispatch note – within 30 days of receiving your order.
Use the Returns application in your Account management tool. Post the item with clearly marked postage on the outside of the package. If this is not possible please enclose receipt of postage within the package.
When we receive your return we will process it a.s.a.p and refund the shipping cost directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).
The size is not good. Can I exchange?
Doesn’t fit? Wrong color? No problem.
If you want to exchange an item, please specify the colour and size you’d like. Please make sure that the returned item hasn’t been worn (other than to try it on of course) and is in its original packaging with all the labels attached.
A replacement order will be shipped out once the goods to be exchanged have been received.
